Authorized access

Certain integrations are available only to users provisioned or authorized by Huh Inc. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and using the service only within the access granted to you.

Your content

You are responsible for content you provide and for having the rights needed to provide it. We may process that content as needed to perform the requested service, apply permissions, maintain security, and meet contractual or legal obligations.

AI-assisted results

Some services may use AI models or automated tools. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before consequential use.

External actions

Any capability that sends messages, publishes content, deletes information, makes purchases, or modifies a third-party system must be presented and authorized as an explicit action rather than hidden inside another operation.

Third-party services and availability

Some functionality may depend on third-party software, APIs, cloud services, or AI providers. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the continued availability of any particular provider or capability.

Intellectual property

Each party retains intellectual property it owned before an engagement. Ownership and licensing of consulting deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement. Huh Inc. retains rights in its underlying reusable software, methods, and integration technology except where expressly agreed otherwise.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, or the end of an authorization. We may update these terms as our services change.
