This policy describes how Huh Inc. handles information in connection with our website, consulting work, and authorized integrations.
Information we handle
Depending on the service, we may process contact and account information, materials provided in a consulting engagement, task-specific information intentionally provided to an authorized integration, operational logs, and support communications.
How we use it
We use information to provide requested services, authenticate users, apply permissions, operate authorized integrations, provide support, maintain security and reliability, and meet contractual or legal obligations.
Service providers
We may use hosting, infrastructure, communications, and AI technology providers where reasonably necessary to provide the requested service. Information may be shared with those providers only for those purposes.
When an authorized user requests public research, HUH may send a bounded, context-free search query to DuckDuckGo. Saved Resources, Continuity, Memory, attachments, and Task responses are not included in that query.
Data minimization
Our MCP integration is designed for task-specific inputs and does not request or reconstruct a user’s full ChatGPT conversation history. It is not intended to collect payment-card information, protected health information, government identifiers, passwords, API keys, MFA codes, or other authentication secrets.
Retention
Authorized-integration Resources remain available until an authorized user deletes them, subject to contractual or legal requirements. Deletion removes a Resource from live use immediately. Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 35 days while backups rotate. Engagement records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and meet contractual or legal obligations. Operational logs are generally retained for no more than 90 days unless they are needed for a security or reliability investigation.
Your controls
Subject to applicable law and contractual requirements, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information, or ask us to revoke authorized integration access.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Some service providers may process information in other jurisdictions.
